If therapy feels like an investment, that’s because it is one! While mental health is greatly undervalued in American culture, it is an important and necessary part of our overall health and impacts all aspects of life. Seeking support as early as possible not only reduces your suffering, it can greatly benefit those around you and models appropriate self-care.
My intention is to collaborate with you to develop an effective treatment plan based on your needs, goals and current level of distress so we may get you the relief/skills/support you deserve within an appropriate time frame.
Methods of payment: I accept cash, checks, credit, debit, and HSA/FSA. Fees are due at the time of service or upon receiving invoice.

I am able to provide you with a superbill, which you can easily submit to any insurance for reimbursements via the Reimbursify app. Please inquire with your insurance to determine coverage for out-of-network mental health services and let me know in advance if you intend to submit for reimbursement. I'll do everything I can to support you in this process.
Please note, insurance companies require a justifiable mental health diagnosis for reimbursement, (e.g. depression, adjustment disorder, generalized anxiety), to be submitted with the insurance claim. If billing insurance, I will be providing them with a mental health diagnosis which will be a part of your medical record.
